  1. 0:00–0:15

    Step 1

    Set expectations

    Open step

    Open the demo dashboard.

“This is an early, free demo at realestateempire.app. Dashboard numbers are samples. Deal, buyer and draft data stays in this browser; only your signed-in outreach tracker saves privately across devices. Deal messages and social posts are not sent. Let's try one fictional deal together.”

  2. 0:15–1:45

    Step 2

    Run the offer math

    Open step

Use ARV $250,000, repairs $35,000, closing/holding $3,000 and the 70% rule. Then change repairs to $45,000.

“The maximum offer starts at $137,000. Increasing repairs by $10,000 lowers it to $127,000. You control the assumptions; this is transparent math, not verified comps or an appraisal.”

  3. 1:45–3:00

    Step 3

    Inspect a JV import

    Open step

Download the sample CSV template and import it. Review the authorized sample's $153,000 asking price; inspect the pending row too.

“These are fictional template rows, not real inventory. Pending and unauthorized rows are not advertisable. A status label does not replace actual partner permission, and nothing is published.”

  4. 3:00–3:45

    Step 4

    Try the buyer-list CSV

    Open step

Download and import the sample CSV. Inspect the contact's segment and email/text opt-in fields. Leave consent off.

“You can organize buyers and import a spreadsheet. Imports skip duplicate emails and do not grant email or text consent. For this short demo we use sample CSV data, not private buyer documents or an AI extraction that might take longer.”

  5. 3:45–4:30

    Step 5

    Save a mock draft

    Open step

Choose Email, enter 'FICTIONAL DEMO — 3/2 ranch, sample asking price $153,000', generate a mock draft and save to review outbox. Do not mark anyone opted in.

“This composer uses mock/template drafts, not live AI campaign generation. Edit unsupported claims before ever sharing a real message. The outbox is a local review list; saving a draft sends nothing. Facebook approval queues are samples and approval does not publish a post.”

  6. 4:30–5:00

    Step 6

    Ask for specific feedback

    Open step

Ask the three questions below. After the demo, record answers in your private signed-in tracker. Sign in before the session; do not share your account or show other partners' notes.

“I'd rather learn what gets in your way than give you a sales pitch. Short answers are great; we can follow up personally if you want to go deeper.”

Finish with these three questions

  1. Which step was confusing or took more clicks than your current process: offer math, JV import, buyer list or draft review?
  2. On your next wholesale deal, which one of these workflows would you actually use, and what would it replace?
  3. What single missing capability would stop you using this again, and would you try another demo after it improves?
